"And Shepards we shall be, my thee my Lord for thee...."
And so it was inspired. Granted I wanted to have this done before Saint Patrick's Day but I fell short with everything else that was going on. So here we finally are, my first in a series of Boondock Saints inspired cookies.
A chocolate sugar cookie, topped with royal icing and then the design is a razor cut out on sugar sheet of my two favorite Saints. This may actually be 1 cookie I don't allow to get eaten in this home.
