A St. Patties Day themed cupcake for my sons first grade class.

Chocolate Cupcakes with a Mint Ganache injected into the center. Topped with both Mint and Almond Buttercreams. Little flairs include an Airheads Rainbow and wrapped Rolo to help complete the scene.
